  1.  Mix 1 tablespoon of warm olive oil or other vegetable oil with 1 teaspoon of hand cream and half a teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir and apply to the skin of the hands. Put on cosmetic gloves and leave the mask for the night. Use this composition once a week.
  2. Whip the white of one egg and add two tablespoons of lemon juice. Apply the mixture to the hands. Let it sit for 15 minutes. Wash off the mixture and apply a moisturizing or nourishing cream.
  3. Let’s take 2 yolks and add 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of any vegetable oil. Let’s mix it all and put it on your skin. When the mixture dries, rinse with warm water.
  4. Add 10 drops of olive or sea buckthorn oil to 1 teaspoon of honey. Every day we apply such a mask on the skin of our hands and leave it for 30-40 minutes. Such a mask nourishes the skin well, making it tender and soft.
  5. Warm a little olive oil in a water bath. Add vitamins A and E. Apply to hands and hold for about 25 minutes. Remove the excess with paper towels by blotting. If you have time, wait until the mixture is completely absorbed.
  6. A great mask if you have flaky palms. Make a decoction of chamomile, add 1 tablespoon of almond or linseed oil. To the mixture, one can add a few drops of lemon or lavender essential oil. Apply the mixture to the palms of the hands and leave it for 20-30 minutes. Remove the remains with a napkin.
  7. Excellent for softening the skin on the hands is a mixture of water, 2 tablespoons of glycerin, and 5 drops of ammonia. Rub the mixture into dry hands. Then blot it with a napkin.
  8. Heat linseed oil in a water bath and apply it to your hands. Soak the oil for 15-20 minutes.

  • Make a chamomile broth. Dip your hands in the decoction for 15-20 minutes. After that wash with a towel and apply the cream.
  • Heat milk serum to 40 degrees. Immerse your hands in the serum for 20 minutes. Dry your hands with a towel.
  • Add nourishing oils to warm water, dip your hands in it and soak for 20 minutes. Apply nourishing cream after the bath.

This procedure is excellent for improving the blood supply to the skin. Apply the scrub on wet skin with massaging movements. Massage for 5 minutes. Then wash your hands with water, and apply a nourishing cream.

When it is cold, when it is below +5 degrees outside, wear gloves and apply protective cream 30 minutes before going out.
